Privacy

We never sell, rent, or trade your information.

What we collect. When you make an offer: your name, email, date of birth, optional phone number, your offer, and your message. We use your date of birth only to confirm you are 18 or older.

Why. To pass your offer to the owner, to reply to you, and to send the emails you agreed to:

• updates about the item you made an offer on (automatic when you make an offer)
• Godet’s Auction new listings, up to once a week, starting soon (only if you opt in)
• the DGF newsletter, up to once a month, starting soon (only if you opt in)

The only email we send before you confirm is the confirmation link itself. Nothing else is sent until you click it.

Who handles it. The site runs on Cloudflare. Offers are stored with Supabase. Emails are sent through Resend. They process data for us and do not get it to use for themselves.

Your choices. Every email has an unsubscribe link. To have your information deleted, reply to any email from us and ask.
